Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Relaxation and Meditation for a better Mental, Emotional and Physical health, Immunity building, improved memory, flexibility, balance, vitality, weight loss etc. are a few benefits that you will reap out of this Yoga Sopan programme.
Individual counseling, dietary guidelines are also provided on special requests from the participants.
Classes are conducted from Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. You can enrol either for three classes a week or five classes a week.
