Over three days, we shall explore, with Shweta C. Rajurkar, chakras in the light of Integral Yoga, not as centres activated through effort or upward techniques, but as subtle centres that open progressively to the descent of the Divine Consciousness. We shall deepen our understanding of their functioning, awaken a living awareness of each centre within sadhana, and learn to experience them as sacred spaces for mantra sadhana, pushpa sadhana, and prana yoga. We shall cultivate an inclusive awareness in which every centre participates in and offers itself to the divine movement, replacing inherited habits of strife and control with receptivity, surrender, aspiration and inner offering. Above all, we shall learn to dwell quietly and lovingly within each centre, without anxiety about our limitations, awaiting the Mother's transforming Force that gradually fills, opens and reorganises the being with peace, light, force, joy and a wider consciousness.
