Join us either in person at Society Hall or online at this programme, Discovering Our True Consciousness, a principal aim of Integral Yoga. It is only by discovering this consciousness that we can find the key to mastering the multiplicity of our being. Eleven facilitators, each with a unique approach, but with a common grounding of Sri Aurobindo’s and the Mother’s teachings will share and explore the implications and practical steps of aligning to this dynamic means to self-mastery. There is no charge for attending this event in person. As add-ons, two sessions on the third day will be integrated into the programme: a musical interlude from Bryce and an extended experiential experience on The Prayers of the Cells with Shweta C. Rajurkar.
