Sri Aurobindo Society under its new initiative - Uditam – The Institute of Integral Healing is delighted to announce a monthly series on “Towards Integral Perfection” in which we aspire to work on the psychology of Self-perfection in the light of Integral Yoga. The series is based on Sri Aurobindo’s working wisdom - “All Life is Yoga”.

The workshops will be continued every month on various aspects of “Psychology of Self-perfection” in the Light of Integral Yoga.

efforts & intend is to build deeper insights into one’s own inner

About the Facilitator:

Dr Aditi Kaul has done her PhD in Psychology, followed by a yearlong course on Indian Psychology from a Pondicherry based institution in the light of Sri Aurobindo's Integral Yoga.

She is a seeker on the path of Sri Aurobindo's Integral Yoga exploring her life towards the integral perfection as an attempt and the aim of her life as guided by Mother & Sri Aurobindo.

Her work includes talks, workshops and activities that helps an individual to delve deeper within oneself and find that Inner connect with the Presence in the heart center to help the participants to lead towards a Conscious life - which is a full-time job.
