AuroYajna continues the series of workshops titled "Towards Self Perfection” started in July 2021 as the first step towards Divine Life in Divine Body.

This series is based on Sri Aurobindo's message - "Divine Life cannot manifest without the Divine Body". While responding to one of the disciples, (V. Chidanandam) Sri Aurobindo commented this: “Solid nerves means patience, vigilance, endurance, capacity to break stones... You must make your nerves strong by cultivating these qualities, and by bringing down quiet and peace.”

This workshop offers practical techniques to fortify the nervous system, enhance resilience, and cultivate inner calm—an essential step towards overall well-being.
