Through “Yoga Abhyas", AuroYajna aspires to bring to light the yogic work every aspiring Yogi needs to constantly and consistently do on oneself. Practicing yoga is considered as one of the most significant factors in the day-to-day life of almost 70% population in India and a big percentage of the population in the rest of the world too.

The most important aspect of Yoga Abhyas is the "regular practice" of certain selected Yogic Practices under proper guidance.

A common collectivity having a similar aspiration enhances the atmosphere of every yoga class to make it more effective and productive for every practitioner.

The sessions will be conducted by our well-trained team members from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre and Bihar School of Yoga.
