AuroYajna & Uditam are delighted to announce the regular batches of Kalaripayattu, the ancient martial art of Kerala. As emphasized by Sri Aurobindo, in Essays in Philosophy and Yoga: “The perfection of the body, as great a perfection as we can bring about by the means at our disposal, must be the ultimate aim of physical culture….” Kalaripayattu is more than combat training—it is a discipline of awareness, balance, and inner transformation, awakening harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

The classes commenced on Vidyarambham, 2 October 2025, with a sacred initiation ceremony invoking purity, focus, and discipline. The sessions are being conducted at MatriNiketan, Uditam’s beachfront facility, providing an inspiring environment that supports physical strength, mental alertness, and conscious movement.
