Svarnim Puducherry, in collaboration with Shree Bharath Vidyaashram, participated in a Plastic-Free and Road Safety Awareness Rally at Villianur to promote environmental responsibility and safe road practices among the public.
Students took to the streets carrying placards with meaningful messages highlighting the importance of reducing plastic usage, protecting the environment, wearing
helmets, and following road safety rules. Through their enthusiastic participation, they encouraged community members to avoid single-use plastics, adopt eco-friendly habits, wear helmets while riding two-wheelers, and practise responsible road behaviour.
The initiative provided students with an opportunity to take environmental and social responsibility beyond the classroom and engage directly with the community. It reinforced the importance of sustainable living, road safety, and responsible citizenship, inspiring collective action towards a cleaner, greener, and safer society.
