Letitia returns to NAMAH for an experiential exploration of vision, the nervous system and consciousness. Inspired by The Mother’s teachings and contemporary neuroscience, we’ll work with eye and cranial nerve exercises and meditation to explore how our senses influence safety, movement, concentration, and well-being, opening the way toward greater ease, clarity, presence and connection.
