On 25th September 2025, SARVAM organised an awareness programme titled “How to Balance Our Life” for 250 rural women across ten villages. The initiative was designed to highlight the importance of maintaining balance in various aspects of life, including family, work, health, and personal well-being.
The programme was conducted in the project villages and adopted an interactive and engaging approach. To set the tone, fun-filled games and activities were introduced, creating a joyful environment that encouraged participation. These games not only entertained but also served as reflective exercises, helping the women recognise how simple practices can bring greater harmony into daily living.
Following the activities, group discussions were held where women openly shared their personal experiences, challenges, and coping mechanisms. This exchange of thoughts fostered learning through shared wisdom and provided practical strategies to handle multiple responsibilities more effectively. It also created a sense of solidarity and mutual support among the participants.
At the conclusion, participants were invited to express their reflections on the programme. Many conveyed that the sessions had offered fresh insights and practical tools for addressing life’s struggles with positivity and resilience. The collective feedback affirmed that the programme was well-received, as it not only deepened their understanding of life balance but also inspired them to apply these insights in their daily routines.
Overall, the programme successfully blended joy, wisdom, and community spirit, leaving a lasting impact on the participants by guiding them towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
