Start Date:16-Mar-2025

End Date:16-Mar-2025

Location:12 Different Villages

Institute:SARVAM

Sarvam recently organised a special program on the significance of relationships as part of an ethics class, benefiting approximately 450 students across 12 project villages. Conducted during weekend classes, the initiative aimed to cultivate interpersonal skills, empathy, and an appreciation for trust and mutual respect—essential elements in fostering meaningful relationships.

To enhance student engagement, a variety of interactive activities were incorporated. Chart activities encouraged students to visually express their ideas on relationships, while mono acting allowed them to step into different roles, deepening their understanding of others' perspectives. Play activities provided an enjoyable yet insightful way to explore the dynamics of relationships and the importance of collaboration.

Storytelling was a key component, with students sharing real-life experiences and fictional tales that illustrated the significance of strong connections. These stories conveyed moral lessons, reinforcing values such as kindness, effective communication, and emotional support. By engaging in storytelling, students not only enhanced their communication skills but also reflected on the impact of relationships in their personal development and well-being.

The program was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impact on the students by fostering a deeper understanding of relationships and their role in shaping a strong community. Through creative activities and thoughtful discussions, Sarvam provided an enriching experience that encouraged students to build healthier, more meaningful relationships in their lives.
