NAMAH hosted the Unlock Your Divine Blueprint online workshop from January 28–30, 2025, with Preeti Mahurkar as the facilitator. Rooted in the wisdom of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, the workshop guided participants in awakening to their highest potential — often called the Divine Blueprint. Blending insights from Quantum Physics and contemporary techniques such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), it offered a multi-dimensional approach to conscious evolution and spiritual awakening.
Day 1: Know Thyself
The first session explored the nature of consciousness, drawing from Dr Emoto’s Water Experiments and the Double-Slit Observer Effect. These concepts laid the foundation for transformative exercises designed to dissolve limiting beliefs, align with one’s soul’s purpose, and manifest desired realities. Participants deepened their understanding of how consciousness shapes both personal and collective experiences.
Day 2: Heal Thyself
The second day focused on the Energy System, covering the Aura, Energy Bodies (Shariras), Energy Channels (Nadis), and Energy Centres (Chakras). The participants learned techniques to release negative emotional patterns, recharge their Chakras, and restore energetic balance. Guided practices helped them align their physical and vital bodies, enhancing vitality and inner harmony. A set of powerful tools facilitated the release of emotional blockages, allowing them to use their bodies as conduits for divine transformation.
Day 3: Be Thyself
The final day explored the interplay of psychic, spiritual, and supramental transformation in guiding individuals toward their higher purpose. Integrative meditative practices and sacred geometry — inspired by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother’s symbols — enabled participants to connect with their authentic selves, harness archetypal energies and harmonise mind, body, and spirit. The facilitator highlighted how collective use of this process contributes to the larger evolution of humanity.
The workshop equipped participants with a diverse toolset for integral transformation, fostering alignment with their Divine Blueprint and accelerating the gradual manifestation of supramental consciousness. It was an immersive journey into unlocking one’s highest potential and embracing a life of deeper awareness, purpose, and spiritual realisation.
