Connecting to the Harmony Soul-Force of The Mother was a deeply experiential and intensely transformative four-session online workshop organised by NAMAH, the Journal of Integral Health  and facilitated by Arul Dev. Drawing on his extensive experience in holistic well-being and personal transformation, Arul crafted a unique space for participants to deeply explore the essence of Harmony as a dynamic, transformative force capable of enriching daily life in profound ways.

Through guided practices, centred on breath and body awareness, meditation on quotes from The Mother and Sri Aurobindo, self-reflection, and prayer, the participants discovered ways to align with the Divine Mother’s Harmony Soul-Force. Participants directly experienced how to cultivate Harmony in practical, transformative ways towards enriching their relationships, work, and achieving personal growth, while contributing to a shared vision of unity and peace.

Session-wise Themes:

Day 1: Personal Transformation Through Prayer and Harmony

Day 2: Deepening Divine Connection and Exploring Energetic Body States

Day 3: Resonance and Embodying Harmony in Self and Relationships

Day 4: Refining Reactions and Responses Through Harmony Awareness

Key Insights from the Workshop:

• Constant Divine Connection: All through the workshop, there was an emphasis for the participants to invoke and stay connected to Divine Mother’s symbol above their head for receiving constant divine guidance during all the explorations.

• The Essence of Harmony: Harmony is more than a state of balance; it is a dynamic force that enables transformation within ourselves and our environment. Recognising Harmony as a guiding principle encourages personal growth and facilitates societal change.

• Transformative Power of Prayer: Prayer, infused with collective intention, connects individuals to the Divine. This fosters profound inner shifts, demonstrating the value of spiritual practice in both personal and communal contexts.

• Embodiment of Change: Transformation begins within. The participants explored ways to harmonise their physical sensations, emotional responses and inner states. This alignment fosters personal well-being and reflects outwardly, promoting positive change in the wider world.

• Harmonising Relationships: Applying principles of Harmony in relationships fosters awareness of personal energy’s impact on social dynamics. This leads to more peaceful, fulfilling interactions and underscores the importance of inner work for outer peace.

• Resonance and Purpose: Understanding resonance allows individuals to align with higher ideals, enabling them to navigate life with clarity and purpose. Recognising what resonates with the soul creates a deeper sense of direction.

• The Body as a Vehicle for Transformation: The workshop highlighted the body’s role in spiritual growth, emphasising practices that integrate physical awareness with spiritual aspiration. This connection between the physical and spiritual realms enhances holistic transformation.

• Transforming Inner Reactions: The participants were guided to reflect on subtle inner reactions — such as irritation or resentment — and learned to offer these to the Divine. This practice of surrender fosters healing and maintains Harmony.

• Deepening Divine Connection: By offering personal challenges and emotions to The Mother, the participants experienced the grace of Divine intervention. This act of humility and non-egoic surrender opens the path for healing and growth, demonstrating the transformative power of aligning with the Divine.

Throughout the sessions, Arul shared personal experiences and insights to make underlying core concepts accessible and relatable. He enriched the workshop’s spiritual foundation by drawing on the Integral Yoga teachings of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo, as well as the wisdom of Tamil saint Ramalinga Adigalar (Vallalar).

The workshop concluded with a collective prayer of gratitude to the Divine Mother, expressing hope for participants to continue supporting the Divine's Laughter and Joy in their lives and the world. The participants ended with a renewed sense of purpose, committed to deepening their ongoing Sadhana through a continual connection to the transformative force of Harmony.
