presided over a session of the International Seminar on Human Development and Samskara with Particular Reference to Sanskrit Literature, which took place from September 30, 2024, to October 02, 2024, organized by Pondicherry University's Sanskrit Department. With a particular focus on highlighting studies conducted in light of Sanskrit literature on the tenets and methods of all global disciplines for human development, this research seminar is being held in the unique context of Sanskrit literature on the universal principles of human development.

Prof. K. Tharanikkarasu, Vice Chancellor (i/c), Pondicherry  University, Acharya Hariprasad, Resident Priest of Arya Samaj. Prof. K Srinivasan, Ex Principal, RKM Vivekananda College, Chennai, Shri Peeyush Arya, Swami Muktanand, Prof. J. Krishnan, Head, Department of Sanskrit, Pondicherry University and eminent scholars graced the occasion.

Dr Tripathy emphasized on the integral wisdom of the Vedic Rishis, which is considered to be the earliest written works by humans and the fount of all knowledge, the Vedas are ageless manuscripts that contain the secret to solving the enigma of world history. The Secret of the Vedic language discusses the ancient Bharat scriptures, which are thought to be the first holy texts of Sanatana Dharma. Discussed on the eternal principles of the development of Samskars and its role in enhancing the human potential for transformation.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Kishor Kumar Tripathy highlighted the contribution of Maharshi Dayananda Saraswati and Sri Aurobindo, through their interpretation and synthesis of Vedic wisdom with modern concepts, they unveiled the Vedic secret. Rather than being merely outdated writings, they considered the Vedas as a repository of spiritual and holistic knowledge that is vital to the evolution of humanity. Emphasized on the necessity of a spiritual renaissance, highlighting philological and spiritual discoveries above all. Psychological theories, modern interpretations, and philological methods based on spirituality and culture of the tradition of Samskaras were also discussed during the occasion.
