Dr. Yogesh Mohan’s session presented a comprehensive approach to healing trauma as it focused on viewing all experiences of the past in one's life, experiences that impact in so many ways, robbing one of the ability to fully experience the gift of life, lived in the light of the present moment in freedom and awareness.
The journey of life is sometimes inked in experiences that are edged in hurtful memories, casting a shadow, bringing up voices, judgements and images of past moments into the framework of the present, leaving a deep psychological scar that is unconsciously sanctioned a long lease of life. Trauma becomes an offspring of these destabilizing constrictions in life.
In this context, Dr. Yogesh pointed out the need to understand the fact that our entire lives work by certain laws of nature and so are our human bodies too, as they work on certain laws of nature.
Life proceeds on its destined path as by these laws. While we understand the working of some laws or principles through the lens of science, there are some that elude our understanding.
If something that has become calcified as a habit and its inimical presence and influence has to change in its entirety, if we follow a destined path and that destiny has to change, if the outcome has to change, it is but inevitable that one moves to a higher level of consciousness, a higher energy-field and invoke the Light that holds the power and force to cast away the shadow of the hurtful memories of the past.
It has to be a Power that can obliterate the often-repeated hapless responses and expressions that one holds on to, responses that we begin to identify ourselves with.
It has to be a power that can change the dynamics, change the process and effectuate healing.
In short, a higher consciousness power and force has to intervene to hew a new path and one needs to be receptive to this benediction in Light.
In order to secure a release and reclaim our peace, happiness and freedom, it becomes an imperative need to invite a Presence that holds within its wings, the touch of Grace, Light and Love. We must understand that resorting to the rational mind alone fails to provide the panacea. Handing over the governance to the mind alone and its nature to dissect, to analyse and to put together the pieces falls short of providing an overarching healthy foundation on which healing has to be effectuated.
Parts and Planes of the Being
It is here that we must understand that we live in multiple layers and levels of consciousness. We are containers that hold the memories of the past in the subconscious; we hold the vagaries of the mind along with an array of emotions that come to define our surface personality and shape our lives and our destinies.
We are aware only of the surface level of consciousness and some parts and planes of the being.
Understanding Trauma
The word ‘trauma‘is generally associated with extremely painful events or circumstances that literally scar the psyche of the wounded, afflicting the health and quality of life in such a deep way that one feels perpetually nailed to the tormenting memories and experiences of the past .
Its hold seems to reduce one to a victim’s position, constantly intruding and blocking the flow of one’s life and impacting the health of one’s life.
It is here that Dr. Yogesh pointed out that even a word from a teacher that expresses a hurtful opinion, or the perspectives and judgements of the significant people in our lives has the potency to become a knife that creates a festering wound.
Even religious or extremely concretised cultural thought processes can cause an impact influencing one to stay in a constricted belief system that can cast a shadow on one’s freedom, depriving one to live in the light of an expansiveness.
The road on which we travel may be strewn with the sharpness of events and experiences that come to lodge themselves as memories in the subconscious.
Emotions and thoughts cannot exist in a vacuum. Our physical becomes a container for this amalgam of energies that exist within us and the subconscious becomes a realm for these energies to stay and thrive, threatening to consume our peace and the very quality of our lives.
Dr. Yogesh pointed out that trauma exists in a spectrum.... at multiple levels, impacting the aspects of the being ...be at the physical, mental or vital level ...jeopardizing one's ability to connect to the flow of life. Wellness takes a beating as one lives in the shadow of memories or thoughts that are destabilising.
The reassuring message that one need not fear trauma rang through the session with power and conviction.
The Consciousness Approach
The Consciousness Approach, he explained, takes into consideration all aspects of the being; further the impactful, harmful vibrations in any plane of consciousness are brought to our conscious awareness and addressed in the Presence of a Consciousness that resides in the inwardness of our being.
The approach comprises of a fullness as it wings towards higher planes of consciousness and invokes the Presence of The Divine Light, Power and Force which dissolves all dark energies, setting the being in its entirety, to walk the path of life in peace and harmony.
The Subconscious
Talking about the Subconscious, Dr. Yogesh pointed out that we are not aware of the multiple levels of consciousness that rest within us.
We are aware of only a small part of it.
The subconscious is the home to memories that impact one’s life profoundly shaping our habits, patterns, the decision -making process, thereby exerting a tremendous influence in our everyday lives.
To a great degree it holds the key to the ‘why we are the way we are’; all too often it sculpts our thinking patterns, our thought processes and our belief-systems, reducing us to live a life limited in dimension, relegating us to live our lives in the shadows of the past.
In short, we become offsprings of the past, without the slightest awareness of the sway it holds on us.
Dr. Yogesh pointed out that even illnesses and chronic conditions that threaten the being have their roots in this realm of consciousness.
As they are subconscious, they are not visible to our rational mind, eluding our awareness and blocking the Light.
Coming back to experiencing the consciousness approach to healing trauma, Dr. Yogesh Mohan stated with conviction that with the Grace of The Divine, a profound change is bound to occur. Faith, conviction, an ardent aspiration and commitment are absolutely necessary.
An earnest consecration is demanded as a preface to this journey in consciousness and surrender.
He advocated a stance of openness and receptivity allowing the wisdom within to guide the journey.
All mental frameworks are to be avoided as they obstruct the flow of consciousness.
One must allow the Psychic within, the Light and Presence within to guide, lead and protect.
Dr. Yogesh pointed out that whatever comes up, comes to be healed …hence there is nothing to fear ... what is hidden in the subconscious layer is brought into the light of a conscious awareness, only to be healed.
It is imperative to connect deeply, to be able to walk this path of healing, invoking Grace.
A mere intellectual understanding or a state of passive listening defeats the purpose.
The experience has to be a lived- in one, from the depth of the being.
Bringing Attention to Breath
The next segment of the session focused on a practical participatory practice that prefaces the next one.
The participants were asked to be seated comfortably with eyes closed.
They were directed to shift the consciousness inward.
Following are the directions
See your physical being in the most concrete manner…the intent is to free the physical from any disturbances, heaviness cast by tamas, impurities and blockage of energies.
Bring awareness to hands and palms, as you breathe in, stretch out the palms and hands and as you breathe out, close palms and hands consciously, absorbing pranic vibrations in both hands.
With the mental focus on relaxing the body, one uses Pranic Shakthi, the breath to activate the subtle chakras. The hands are to become totally free, vibrant with pranic energy.
Next the focus shifts to the wrist.
Touch the wrist, feel the wrist from the depth of the muscles and joints…move back the wrist as you breathe in and breathing out fold the wrists, infusing pranic Shakthi or energy inside. Free the wrists by releasing all tiredness or pain.
Feel the flow of energy at the wrist, vibrant and alive.
Move attention to the forearms.
Touch forearms gently with fingers, in one direction, as in awakening the cells.
Feel as if by touch of the hands, arms becoming alive with the flow of energy, and totally relaxed.
Shift attention to elbow joints.
Touch them consciously, one elbow at a time, feel them inside…
Breathe in, opening up the elbows and breathe out folding the elbows.
The key is to feel the touch, the joy, the thrill of the body to these movements in consciousness while it takes in the pranic energy and the lightness that alights as one releases all tension.
Next gently touch the upper arms, above and below running the fingers from the shoulders in one direction… touch with love and care…feel deep inside the arms allowing the muscles to relax.
It’s important to feel the touch of love.
Touch the armpits and shoulders gently in one direction… one by one… feel the touch and the relaxation that comes.
Opening the arms, breathing in from the arm pits, imagine the flow of breath into the shoulder joints, moving slowly towards the centre of the neck. Feel the flow of prana from the armpit.
Release the energy from the inside of the shoulder joints.
Take the breath as deep as possible.
Move towards the neck, touch and feel the muscles as soft as cotton wool.
Next shift attention to the base of the spine where the cervical spine meets the thoracic spine, the joint at the back of the neck.
Keep hands down.
Breathe in from that particular joint, at the back of the neck.
Visualise the cervical and thoracic joints at the base of the spine and deeply relax.
Bring your awareness to the upper cervical spine, and deeply relax the muscles in the neck.
Next bring awareness to the root of the back of your head, where the first cervical vertebrae touch the base of the skull.
Gently touch this region and take your breath there
Feel the back of your head becoming totally free and light.
Shift attention to the top of head, feel the space, few inches above the head, bring your breath there and feel the space expanding in all directions
Feel and stay in the quiet silence that permeates the vast empty space.
Now in this mind-space, invoke the Light, The Divine Sun, the Golden Light to take up what needs to be transformed and free your mind from it.
Consciously, bring in any mental memories, mental images which you want to change and offer it to the Divine Sun, the Golden Light.
If there are any influences that stifle the quality of life by their influence…whatever be their origin… be it the influences from the family or religion…. see them and know them to be clouds in the mind’s space, and as they meet the light of The Sun, they dissolve into a nothingness…
Receptivity to the Light is the key, a natural, free receptivity, where the being unfolds, releasing all dark energies by the power of the Light.
Next turn the gaze of your attention inward….
Look at the array of all things that keeps you fettered to bonds and stifles your energies, be they your belief- system, your lack of confidence, the constant refrain from within that reinforces the feeling of not being adequate enough… of not being good enough, look at all the lurking doubts that are fed by the fear of future …look at the mind that provides justification for all these fears, look to know where these originate …offer it all to the Sun and seek your release from the bondage of these forces and energies, stationed in an openness, and a consecration to The Light in faith.
Remain in this Divine sun -soaked consciousness.
Visualise the erstwhile disturbances in the mind-space and observe how much they impact our lives by casting their influence.
Observe your mind-space and observe the natural tendency of the ego-driven surface mind in a habitual pattern, turning towards petty things, and creating a fear-driven environment within, with worries of tomorrow. These petty worries that keep us trapped are virtually nothing.
Bring all these under the Divine Sun.
In this journey towards Light, become aware of those parts of the mind which are soaked in memories of being discounted, judged…memories of being insulted by people around you, memories of the hurtful words or misdeeds of others that has scarred your emotions, memories of happenings that make one wonder at the smallness, meanness and pettiness that reside in others ….now hold this part of your being to the Divine Sun and let go of that part of the mind that strives to find answers to these.
There’s a part of the human mind which is base, crude, selfish, unmindful of others with a lot of darkness…. besieged with unhealthy influences.
It is those that influence people to indulge in wrong deeds, causing sadness, unhappiness and trauma, now bring this mind under the Sun.
This mind is to be brought under the Divine Light’s influence.
Let the shadows dissolve.
Let the hurts get healed and banish all such thoughts that have hitherto held you hostage, because a mind given to the Divine cannot allow any such impurities.
Be receptive to the power of this effulgent light that is Divine.
Know that by this self-giving to The Divine, She takes you up.
Know that it’s not your business to fight the petty battles with the people around you.
There’s simply no need to hold on to the hurts and saṃskāras of the past (impressions of the past)
Everything must return to The Light …
Experience the lightness and beauty of the mind that is spotless, vast, silent and offered to The Divine.
Experience the serenity in offering yourself, mind and emotions to be purified, nourished, replenished, to be made a fit instrument of The Divine.
Rest in the knowing that the force, power and effulgence of the Divine Light wipes out all impurities.
Being in the custody of This Light and Power is the greatest gift of life.
Direct your attention to your mind, the backside that carries old impressions of unprocessed emotions and memories in the hidden corners of the unconscious.
Invoke the Light and let the Divine Sun rise…offer them all to The Light to be dissolved.
In a state of loving receptivity, under the gaze of the Divine Light, experience the space become completely free and luminous as it is under the complete control of the Divine Light.
In utter sincerity and aspiration invoke the presence of the Divine Mother in the form of the Earth Mother.
Placing your hands down, connect with Her from deep within your heart.
At the physical, prana level, The Earth Mother has the ability to absorb all the impurities of the being.
The composition of our physical bodies and that of the Earth is similar.
There’s a synchronicity between matter and Mother Earth for they are woven by the same elemental energies.
Surrender any darkness that you sense within the being, be it in the form of sensations, heaviness, discomforts or low feelings, offer it all to the benevolent power of Mother Earth, simply open to Her Loving Gaze and protection, offering all.
Let it all flow into the Earth.
Once you surrender the darkness, you must never bring them back by your unconscious actions and old habits.
Make sure that you do not allow entry to any negative forces that frequent the ordinary mentality.
Renew your journey in the path of Light, with the readiness and commitment to give up all that, which doesn’t stream forth from a Divine origin.
The session drew to a close with Dr. Yogesh Mohan mapping the journey of returning to Light.
The session that commenced with the practice of observing the surface mind, its contents and habitual tendencies moved on to the state of becoming aware of the rational and intellectual mind that has the tendency to validate through logic its persistent stance in everyday life …a stance that actually weakens the very fabric of one’s life.
Progressing further, the session drew one’s attention to the subconscious layer that houses the memories of all that is dark and detrimental to health and wellness, disrupting peace and harmony.
Therefore, he explained that purification of the mind is the first step in this journey towards healing.
Dr. Yogesh pointed out that the reverential practice of connecting to the Earth Mother is a step that prepares one to experience a profound lightness in the being, as She absorbs it all, freeing us to carry forward this journey towards Light, by diving into deeper states of consciousness.
The first session translated into a journey in Light by invoking the Grace of the Divine ... a journey in a decisive step where all is ‘Sky and Light’.
Day 2
Dr. Yogesh started the session with the definitive statement that brought home the undeniable truth that when Consciousness flows into our being, there is bound to be a change…. something new emerges with the Grace.
He shared his conviction that after the first day’s session and the Light that came with it, the experience of the aspirants would testify about some of the vibrations lingering in their being.
Our being, he stated again in this session, is a highly layered, complex being with multiple layers of consciousness.
We are ordinarily aware of only some levels, sometimes the very outermost one, but the fact remains that we do exist in multiple levels of consciousness, in multiple depths, multiple heights, beyond the surface being.
The truth underlying the way we are constructed gives rise to all possibilities, both the spiritual possibilities and healing possibilities.
Perspectives
If we were to observe our lives or the lives of people around in general, through the lens of an observer’s eye, it would be apparent as to how obsessed one is with the outer superficial life.
We take it to be the sole field of reality and within this framework of a superficial existence and understanding, we measure the nature of success and failures that punctuate our existence. Judgements and opinions thrive in this plane of existence only. Though they seem to have a pronounced impact, we must remember that they are in this plane of existence only.
All our sufferings, problems, worries, sadness exist in this plane of existence only.
The drama of relationships, the ups and downs of life happen at the surface.
The verbal expression that portrays one as being ‘deeply hurt’ is paradoxical in the sense that the ‘depth ‘, it is at the superficial level only.
The hurt is only at the level of the ego personality. It doesn’t touch the subliminal being and definitely doesn’t touch the psychic.
But as we exist primarily only on the surface level, all the troubles and travails of life assume ‘larger than life‘ proportions and look extremely foreboding.
If we look at our existence from a loftier perspective as of viewing the earth from a spacecraft, we understand that with the altitude, comes the variant experience of viewing the earth as a tiny speck.
This would render the whole drama of life and existence as temporary.
The serpentine timeline of sufferings and happenings seems to shrink.
In reality, our problems are not as big as we perceive when viewed from a higher perspective.
A Shift
When we live in our heights and depths, perspectives change and in the light of a new understanding that dawns with it, comes the realization that our problems are not so big.
A vantage perspective gives rise to strength and power to overcome the challenges and effectuate a change.
Nature Demonstrates
The law of gravity is one by which everything tends to fall to the ground, to the earth. It determines the fall of objects.
The earth exercises a pull through the gravitational force.
Dr. Yogesh used a simple analogy to state a truth. A ball falls to the ground when we let go of it, but if one holds on to it, it stays there in one’s hands. Similar is the case when we cling on to our problems.
Dr. Yogesh stated that our worries exist at the superficial level only but they stay put in our lives as we tend to hold on to them, cling to them, without practicing the possibility of ‘letting go’. We cling on to them either consciously or unconsciously.
Whenever we feel burdened by the thought of worries which drain our being, we must exercise the choice of freeing ourselves by the practice of ‘letting go’, through the process of surrendering to the Earth Mother.
Responses at Multiple Levels
There are certain aspects of our being that are in love with our destiny. Their expression is one of self-pity. But it emanates from only a part of the being in the forefront…it’s not our entire being.
It clings on to past miseries, holds on to negative memories, trauma, sufferings, unwilling to let go of these. It’s not always conscious.
This nature of clinging exists at the subconscious level of existence.
Dr. Yogesh recalled the milestones covered during the first session.
Purification of the mind-space came first and preceded other aspects of healing as it is the contents of the mind under the influence of many forces that hold us ransom.
One visited the contents of the rational mind and what followed was experiencing the light and pure vibrations in deeper and higher spaces.
While there are parts that cling on to negativity, there are parts that are willing to let go. There should be nothing which justifies the existence of negative parts.
We stood at the liminality of a new beginning marked with a willingness to let go and become free.
We bore witness and experienced the descent of the force, in this personal inward journey into higher spaces. The force that descended manifested in the space of concrete silence, a vastness.
Old imageries from the past were experienced, long forgotten ones surfaced in the light of a higher consciousness.
They dissolved, processed in the presence of that Light that set you free.
Some, as stated through the sharings, experienced a peace, which is the foundation of a spiritual experience.
The persistence of that peace stands testimony to the fact that something within was touched in a deep way.
Dr. Yogesh mapped the journey to be undertaken at the present session.
He mentioned that it would be an inward- bound journey, towards the psychic being, offering the self to be guided by the Light within.
With the Divine Mother’s guidance, the journey would witness a plunge into the subconscious layers.
Holding on to the aspiration of the being to be freed from the shadows that had come to stay, one needs to walk this path in the light of a higher consciousness and consecrate the entire being to experience a new birth of consciousness.
Healing is not about telling ourselves to be positive.
Healing is about changing the consciousness, it is this Light that can illumine every aspect, every part and every layer of the being. It changes the very structure of the being. It’s about creating new possibilities, new pathways.
The session now moved on to unfolding an immersive meditative experience with Dr. Yogesh Mohan guiding the aspirants to move towards an inwardness, towards their heart chakra first and allowing the process, in Her Light, to unfurl the experience of offering themselves in entirety to The Divine Mother’s Light and in a state of deep consciousness, offering themselves through an integral self-giving in the presence of the Psychic and The Mother’s Grace, to be birthed into a newness, into a new life woven by threads of Love and Light, emanating from Her Power and Force.
The Birth in a New Consciousness
The participants were guided to seat themselves comfortably with eyes closed.
With closed eyes they were asked to connect to themselves and be aware of their body.
Following is the practice in the journey towards Light:
Take a few deep breaths.
Breathe in through the nostrils and breathe out through the mouth.
With every exhalation, relax your chest and shoulders.
Now become aware of the whole body, as you breathe in.
Breathe in through all the chakras simultaneously, right from the base, as if at the energy level and chakra level, all the chakras are opening to the universal prana, drawing pranic Shakthi from there.
From the physical level we are moving slightly towards the subtle physical level, where we feel this vortex of energy, which we call as chakras.
Feel them in your naval area, in your chest area, in your throat, forehead, above the head and in the pelvis.
Bring the focus to your chest, to the heart chakra.
As you breathe in, feel the petals opening up and as you breathe out, feel the entire energies there cleansed and purified.
Slowly start moving deeply into the heart, through the centre of the chakra.
See a golden-coloured door…. gently push open the door and step inside the space of your inner heart.
In this place is the Flame.
Call the Presence of the Divine.
Open up all the hidden corners in this space and show them to the presence of The Divine Mother.
See stored in your heart level, memories embedded in the emotional being and let them come to the surface, and as they come, offer them at the feet of The Divine Mother…. all the memories where you were hurt emotionally, be it through words or deeds, breach of trust if any, any wrong doing by others… or anything in the emotional being.… wherever they are, let them come to the Light.
If the space holds memories or images of people who were involved in hurting you, bring them under the Light, forgive them and bless them. Become free from their influence of such memories and images of people who have wronged you.
Give love to all who emerge in this space, your vision, for it is Divine Love which flows through your heart…it doesn’t belong to you.
Our job is to just offer this Divine Love streaming from the heart to all.
Feel the flow of Divine Love flowing through your heart, dissolving all the bitterness which might be there in the corners, transforming the very fibers of your being.
Feel your connection to The Psychic Being.
As the love starts emanating from the psychic being, slowly shift your entry into the abdomen, the region of the lower vital, the navel, behind the navel.
Become aware of the images that emerge from this area…. greed, ambitions, desires, jealousy.
Bring the Divine Mother’s Light into these spaces.
Bring forth the fears, anger, insecurities, the impatience, the suppressed desires and suppressed ambitions and offer them to the Divine Mother’s Lotus Feet.
Bring all desires, any pain and suffering under the Light.
Now direct your attention to the spinal cord, the back side of your navel chakra and look at the subconscious influences of your lower vital. Take the Light there and direct your love there.
Bring to the presence of the Divine Mother’s Light the samskaras of your families, the influence of the many, many generations of your ancestors and family.
Be willing to become free from all these impressions.
Place at the Feet of The Divine Mother, the influence of your religion, so that the influences can be divinised.
Bring to the surface, that part of you which makes you doubt yourself, your capacities, that part which makes you blame yourself….and ring out a clear message that their job is over…offer them and anything else you know to be negative, to the Divine.
Know that you are under the influence of the Divine Mother alone. All other influences to be surrendered.
Slowly descend to the Swadisthana chakra, the centre of creativity and sexuality.
Open up the entire chakra to the power of Divine Light.
Bring out all the memories related to your sexuality, right from early childhood, your early experiences, the whole of shame which was enforced by the people around you, as if it’s something ugly that you need to be ashamed of.
Know that the whole body is Divine, every part of the body has a role in the bigger scheme of life.
Our sexuality in reproduction plays an extremely important part in creation.
Accept it with love and gratitude, offered at the service of the Divine.
They deserve our love and respect.
It’s important to offer the idea of sin and shame to the Divine. Become free from these two dark shadows and feel the beautiful lotus blooming from the Swadisthana chakra.
All thoughts that are related to your sexuality must be brought out and placed before the Light of the Divine Mother.
Let nothing be hidden from Her, nothing to be ashamed of as these are powers of Nature.
Now enter into the subconscious depth of the Swadisthana chakra, the back and interior sides…. look at the dark shadows there, let it all dissolve in Her Light.
Come down to the Mooladhara Chakra and bring the Light there. Open it up.
As the Light seeps through the Mooladhara chakra, observe something flowing out …shadows, fluids, darkness, small crevices show up…allow this whole space to be illumined and bright.
Look at the roots of your behaviour, the roots of old patterns that persist, roots of your culture, impressions and images from the past. Offer them all to the Light.
Move slowly in time when you were born, when you were conceived inside the womb of your mother.
See yourself as the tiny evolving being in the womb.
Invoke the Divine Mother’s love and grace in the womb.
Slowly evolve and feel the time when you were born, brought into the earth by Her Love and Light.
Invoke the Divine Mother’s blessings as you set your first breath.
You are a child of the Divine Mother’s Light, and through some external circumstances you have come to Her, rather She has come to you.
She has chosen you to be her instrument.
It’s our second birth as Her child.
Here, in this new birth, you only belong to the Divine.
Let go of all other influences… be it from your religion, your ancestors…become free from it all.
Hold this new birth in love to Her Light.
Offer yourself to the Divine and become one with It.
Visualise the Psychic Flame deep within your heart, and see the Flame become bigger, wider, engulfing your entire being
The whole being is one Flame, Flame of Light and Love.
Offer to this Flame all that still persists, ast experiences, past life, past personality.
Gently open your eyes and continue feeling the Divine Mother’s Light all around you.
Feel the strong presence of Divine protection all around you.
Feel your being totally purified.
It’s a whole new birth, look at your hands and fingers with love…as if the whole body is emanating from the Divine Mother’s Love.
It’s the body given by The Divine Mother for Her work. Look at yourself with this wisdom and light.
Feel yourself transparent, weightless, with a radiant lightness.
Know yourself as Mother’s child, that's your only identity.
The session closed with Dr. Yogesh pointing out the importance of anchoring oneself in the realm of peace and harmony with the certainty of living a life immersed in the Power and Force of The Divine Mother’s Grace and Light. Our everyday lives must be sown in the soil of Light and Love,
‘Remember and Offer ‘is the mantra to be chanted by every layer of the being, one must hold in remembrance the journey embarked by the aspiring soul, not considering the experience that unfolded in the session as an isolated occurrence.
The experience that surfaced through the session stands testimony to the truth that our everyday lives are very ordinary compared to the riches of a life lived in the light of a higher consciousness.
The experience must ring through the being as a quiet rhythm and one must plough in the sincerity and commitment to stay in Light and build bridges for the Light that one experienced to touch our daily lives.
Our outer lives must be in sync with the inner life and its riches and all that is required is to hand over the governance of our life to the Psychic, the Light Within.
Anchoring in this light, it becomes possible to view the happenings from a witness poise, one learns to choose to watch events as from a distance without partaking and participating in the drama that unfolds in the mind-space. Whatever tends to cast a shadow or a disturbance has to be offered to The Divine.
The power to choose and withdraw is ours, Dr. Yogesh stated.
We can play our roles, aligned to our aspiration, intent and purpose, as a child and channel of the Divine Mother’s.
One may experience the influence of one part that clings on to old patterns and exercise a passive rebellion.
The only way is to again stand apart from it, view it from the perspective of a third person and offer it to The Light within. Allow the wisdom of the Light within, the Divine Light to manage this. Just offer yourself to the benevolent Being within.
Healing is effectuated by offering yourself as an instrument of the Divine and a channel for The Light to flow and illumine. Just be stationed in utter sincerity and simplicity.
Offer all dark energies in any form, to the Divine Mother’s and the Earth Mother’s Light to be consumed and cleansed.
Looking within, growing within and living within becomes a natural expression of the being, a way of life. This is sadhana, not to get overwhelmed or be over sensitive, but to retain the balance of the being, stationed in awareness and consciousness.
All life is a yoga lived in the light of a new consciousness that has the power to replenish and nurture the being in Love and Light.
