The Sri Aurobindo Society is excited to announce the second batch of Uditam - The Institute of Integral Healing, starting on August 23rd, 2024. Following the successful launch on July 12th, this flagship programme continues to mark a significant step towards holistic well-being, inspired by Sri Aurobindo's teachings, "All Life is Yoga" and "Good health is not just the absence of illness." The 2-day programme, running from August 23rd to 25th, and from August 30th to September 1st will focus on improving physical, emotional, and mental health through spiritual consciousness. The event will take place at Matriniketan, a beautifully restored heritage building facing the sea in Pondicherry, providing an ideal backdrop for the centre's activities.
Participants will engage in various yogic and spiritual practices, aiming to detoxify and strengthen their inner systems. The programme will include sessions on meditation, pranayama, sound therapy, yogic digestion practices, and conscious relaxation techniques.
