“For all problems of existence are essentially problems of harmony”. – Sri Aurobindo.
Over the four days with Nitasha, we embarked on a transformative journey toward inner harmony. Through a diverse range of interactive exercises, we deeply connected with our emotions, thoughts, and underlying needs, fostering self-empathy and compassion. Techniques like Cognitive Diffusion allowed us to detach from overwhelming thoughts and gain clarity on the relationship between thoughts and the thinker. The sessions were structured practically, providing profound insights and equipping us with tools to harmonize our emotions and minds, aligning them with our purpose. Within this close-knit group dynamic, we extended our deep connections, empowering each other with love and compassion to succeed in our personal goals.
