The session was very well received by young students who showed a lot of enthusiasm which was evident by the lively interactive session that followed the presentation.
Study and research in leadership in Business, Education and other fields of human activity are important to explore in the light of Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Vision. BhāratShakti as an institute recognizes that the leadership approach particularly in the business world in India is much too influenced by the European and American models.
It is important that our managerial approach is more firmly grounded in our own civilizational ethos, culture, and wisdom traditions. In view of this, BhāratShakti institute is planning to develop more such programmes in the area of organizational studies and leadership.
Recording of the talk will be available soon.
