‘Sacred Symbols - Living with Sri Aurobindo & The Mother’ was a transformative four session online workshop organized by NAMAH and facilitated by Preeti Mahurkar. One of the underlying themes of the workshop was to integrate findings of Modern Science and Quantum Physics with profound ancient wisdom which lies symbolically embedded in Sri Aurobindo and The Mother's Symbols. Facilitator has distilled her own lifelong experience of integrating teachings and wisdom of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother into a set of practical tools and techniques which can form the basis for living consciously and harmoniously.

First session explored Doctor Emoto's Water Experiment and Quantum Physics experiment called Observer’s Effect culminating into understanding how the Manifestation Process functions based on the Law of Attraction and how it has significant implication for shaping our reality. Session also provided an introductory overview of the Sacred Symbols.

Second session delved deeper into significance of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother’s symbols, their underlying spiritual principles and the divine qualities symbolized by them. Session also covered how to use these symbols as tools for our personal growth and transformation.

Third session explored practical integration strategies and practical ways to harness the energy of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother’s symbols. Session introduced the use of symbols as divine tools and filters to integrate the supramental consciousness into our daily lives. Session also provided guidance on integration of Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga into our daily practices.

Final session introduced an integrated view of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother’s symbols. That was followed by a guided meditation for New Earth which ended with a pledge to become co-creators of a harmonious future. Subsequently participants collectively reflected on their respective experiences and had a productive question answer session with the facilitator.

Facilitator constantly encouraged the participants to share their personal reflections on how to apply the experiential wisdom being shared in the workshop in their own lives. Besides providing theoretical background, facilitator incrementally introduced multiple meditation practices based on symbolic wisdom all through the workshop. To enable easier understanding of the material being presented, facilitator also introduced some of the Upanishadic Mahavakyas and Biblical passages as part of her discussion. Workshop played a key role in putting us on a path to undertake a journey towards becoming active co-creators of New Earth as envisioned by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.
