A commonly misunderstood concept is efficiency. Often, people think it means working harder, faster, and longer. However, efficiency is about being strategic with your time and resources to work smarter, not harder. It is about maximizing one's output while minimizing work hours and effort.

In this training, the trainer explained that efficiency is about being strategic with time and resources to work smarter, not harder. It is also about maximizing the output while minimizing work hours and effort. He stressed that to achieve these, one can use technology to automate processes, delegate tasks, streamline work processes, focus on the most critical tasks, and prioritize them. Also, he suggested using time more efficiently by setting goals and creating a plan to achieve them.

In addition, he said one must also prioritize the tasks, avoiding distractions and focusing on the most important tasks first. One should then focus on completing these tasks efficiently, using a structured approach, and working diligently. Finally, the trainer insisted that the participants review their progress regularly and adjust their plans accordingly.

The trainer stressed the following points.

  • Always strive to stay focused and productive, no matter how complex the task.
  • Always remember that little steps can make a big difference and that it is important to celebrate our successes.
  • Finally, remember to take a break and enjoy some downtime.

The participants could readily understand the task by participating in activities, having group discussions, and playing role plays. They also gained insight into how to work together to achieve a common goal. The activities also provided a safe space to practice problem-solving skills. Finally, the participants were able to gain a better understanding of each other's perspectives. An open and honest dialogue between the participants helped to strengthen the group further. After completing the activities, the participants felt more confident in their problem-solving abilities and ability to work together as a team.

After their training, the participants were asked to provide feedback on the effectiveness of the training session. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with the majority expressing satisfaction with the training. The volunteers felt confident in their abilities and were eager to take on their new roles.
