AuroYajna is conducting an online workshop, weekly once on Sundays, ‘Body’s Prayer to Transform.’ We explore breath and body and its aspiration to heal and transform.

These are one hour experiential sessions done over 8 Sundays starting 3 September 2023, from 07:00 to 08:00am IST.

The other monthly sessions will be as follows:

October 2023:  01, 08, 15, 22, 29

November 2023: 05, 12, 19

December 2023: 03, 10, 17, 24

January 2024: 07

Facilitator 1: Arul Dev

Arul Dev has 28 years’ experience in guiding for healing, transformation and evolution. He specialises in Substance of the Body and Breath workshops. He offers residential retreats on ‘Transform your Self’. He offers group and individual practice sessions for mothers-to-be and couples to Consciously Birth their Child. He also offers leadership vision, strategy and culture coaching and retreats. He runs a Human Resources firm called People First Consultants for 28 years which is into people hiring and leadership development. He is in the panel of facilitators for IIT Madras for their Self Awareness courses, Sri Aurobindo Society for their workshops & retreats, New Creation International, US for their Self Discovery sessions, SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Center for their wellness courses and Stella Maris as a IQAC Advisory Committee Member. He is the author of two books ‘The Flame Within’ published by Soulscapes and ‘Into Great Depth of Your Being’ published by AuroPublications.

Facilitator 2: Shweta

Shweta is an aspirant and practitioner of ‘Integral Yoga’ as it is introduced by The Mother and Sri Aurobindo. She has been active in the field of Yoga as a teacher, personal trainer and therapist since 2011. Early into her management career, Shweta had a breakthrough that a corporate career was not aligned with her inner nature, her Svadharma. Initiated into yoga at a young age, she completed her yoga teacher training and yogic lifestyle course from Bihar School of Yoga, Munger in 2008 & 2010-11, and from SVYASA, Benguluru in 2013. She later completed her teacher training course in Prenatal yoga from Kaivalyadham, Lonavala in 2016 as well as from SVYASA, Benguluru in 2020. Before joining SAS full time, she offered her practices as a yoga therapist in her studio 'Nawa Yogini’. Since 2020 she is co-directing the department of Integral Yoga ‘AuroYajna’, a vertical of Sri Aurobindo Society – Puducherry, for research and studying the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo, the motto of which is 'Divine Life in a Divine Body’. Yoga for integral wellbeing and upliftment of individuals and groups, for women in pre and postnatal preparation and care, children, are some of her current core competencies. Inner body work, Naad Yoga and Indian culture - its various systems deep rooted in ancient yogic science are her interests in areas for research.
