Keeping the same focal points AuroLeadership organised Kaizen Workshop on 17th Feb 2023 at Sharanam for the doctors of Aravind Eye Hospitals and local Pondicherry. Kaizen is an approach to creating continuous improvement based on the idea that small, ongoing positive changes can reap significant improvements. The workshop was attended by senior doctors and was a great learning experience for all of them.

Dr Alan Wagner from Wagner Macula and Retina centre, Virginia Beach USA was the resource person for this workshop.
