We are excited to announce the launch of Uditam - The Institute of Integral Healing, an initiative of Sri Aurobindo Society. Our first flagship programme will begin on 21 June 2024. Inspired by Sri Aurobindo's words, "All Life is Yoga" and "Good health is not just the absence of illness," this 7-day programme aims to improve the quality of life by addressing physical, emotional, and mental well-being through spiritual consciousness.
