Baseline Rapid assessment

• Compared to baseline, there is an increase of community members who availed
various government entitlements at rapid assessment.

• With the help of Digital Sakhis, number of community members who has availed APY

has increased by 25% followed by SSA by 24%, PMSBY & PMJJBY by 20%
• With the help of Digital Sakhis currently 28,113 community members have availed
government entitlements.
