This five-day workshop will help you to learn the theoretical & practical aspects of 'Naad Bindu Upanishad'.
Sound or 'Naad' is considered to be the basis of the entire universe; both spiritually and scientifically. Our body is our instrument to experience this Naad, practice it and use it for our wellbeing. Naad Yog makes use of singing as a tool to connect with our bodies and minds. These Naad Yog sessions are designed for individual seekers as well as working professionals which helps them de-stress using music practice and right breathing techniques. The sessions aim at creating awareness about singing and its impact on our breath (prana), physiology, brain and mind. These sessions make use of the connection between our breathing and nervous system and uses that to reduce stress and foster creativity, decision making and other cognitive abilities of the participants. Guided practice tracks will be provided to the participants, using which they can practice regularly at their convenience at home to achieve long term benefits.
