The workshop is meant to help those who already have a basic introduction to Integral Education (IE) and would like to transition into IE Practitioners.  The participants will be introduced to a few core practices to deepen the approach and experience of IE, touching upon the physical, emotional and mental parts in oneself and integrating them around the Psychic within.

Some of the key practices that will be worked upon in this workshop are

o   Practice for Self-Observation & Journaling

o   Practices for Awareness through the body

o   Practice for the Refinement of the Senses

o   Practice for Channelising emotional energies through art-music-poetry

o   Practices for Concentration of the Mind

o   Practices for Opening to the Psychic within. These are the core practices of IE.

o   The role of aspiration-rejection-surrender in the above practices

The aim of this workshop is to help you, the IE practitioners, connect with children deeply and guide them better, connect with colleagues and superiors and much more and this workshop will certainly help all to achieve these goals.
