On the occasion of Fourth International Yoga Day on June 21, 2018, Sri Aurobindo Society will organize an hour-long session on ‘Yogasanas & Pranayamas’ in the Society Hall in Puducherry. Kiran, a practitioner in the field of Integral Education at Sri Aurobindo Society and Yoga Shiromani, along with her 18 dedicated students, will give a short demonstration of various Yoga postures.
The session will start with a brief introduction to Yogasanas followed by listing the immense benefits of regular practice of Yogasanas and Pranayamas.
