Bonne Année!   A Happy New Year!

A card containing the following message from The Mother, was distributed in the Ashram on 1st January 2020.  It is a programme for the whole year and how every activity can become Yoga. 

                  “Do all that you do –
                work, personal activities,
                 relations with others –
               as an offering to the Divine.
          Thus your whole life will become a Yoga.”
