Sri Aurobindo

Dr. Kishor Kumar Tripathy attended the World Record Declaration and Book Launch project of Midam Charitable Trust’s project Krishna’s Butter. The Midam Charitable Trustand its Krishna’s Butter team of 11 teachers across India lead by its septuagenarian founder trustee and president Madhusudan Damle earned the Assist World Records by The Assist World Record’s Research Institution. The programme was focussed on releasing the module for school children in seven languages including English, Tamil, Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Kannada & Sanskrit.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Tripathy congratulated the organizers for bringing such a beautiful work which is the need of the hour. He mentioned about the diversity of cultural expressions whish was flourished through many centuries. He said that Indian scriptures have given a wider view to understand the spirit of life in a unique manner. He mentioned about the vision of Sri Aurobindo on Krishna “Krishna is not the supramental light. The descent of Krishna would mean the descent of the Overmind Godhead preparing, though not itself actually bringing, the descent of Supermind and Ananda.’ The sacred scripture ‘Gita’ is about the understanding how we can overcome difficulty, self-doubt, and ultimately live a life of truth and purpose. The Bhagavad Gita is entirely representational and highly symbolic and it shows the path to handle the battle that goes on in our minds. He emphasized that such works needs to be translated into many languages including some of the foreign languages.
